Thank you for choosing our travel services. By booking any tour or package through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are per person unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include:

  • Tips for guides or drivers
  • Passport or visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Meals or drinks (unless mentioned)
  • Hotel room services or laundry

Prices may change without prior notice due to unexpected increases in airline tickets, hotel rates, fuel costs, or other expenses.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept major credit cards such as:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. The amount will appear on your credit card statement.

3. Booking Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Please check all information carefully and make sure your travel details are correct at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

  • Each tour, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policy. Please read it carefully before booking.
  • Combo tours can be cancelled. However, if you cancel only one tour in a combo package, the remaining tours will be charged at individual rates. The balance amount will be refunded accordingly.
  • Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
  • Please make sure all selected combo options are available at the time of booking.

4.2 No Show

  • If you do not show up for your tour, no refund will be provided (full or partial).
  • The same rule applies to unused tickets, transfers, car rentals, and chauffeur services.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing (email).

Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and inform you about any applicable charges.

We are not responsible for cancellation requests that we do not receive or confirm.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Tour schedules may change due to weather conditions, airline schedules, or other unexpected situations.

If changes are required, we will offer similar alternatives (subject to availability).

We reserve the right to make minor changes without compensation. No refunds will be given in cases of natural disasters or events beyond our control.

7. Hotel Policy (Check-In & Check-Out)

Hotel check-in and check-out times depend on the hotel’s policy.

If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will provide a similar hotel of the same standard and budget.

We are not responsible for early or late check-in requests denied by the hotel.

8. Travel Insurance

We are not responsible for accidents, illness, injury, baggage loss, or trip cancellations.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.

9. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents such as:

  • Passport
  • Visa
  • Valid ID

No refund will be provided if you fail to carry required documents.

Travelers should check with their country’s consulate for updated visa and health requirements before traveling.

10. Website Usage

All content on this website, including logos, images, tour details, and pricing, belongs to our company.

You agree not to copy, use, or distribute any content for commercial or illegal purposes.

11. Delivery & Service Policy

Our company will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

12. Governing Law

Any purchase, dispute, or claim related to this website shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
